Here at St. Joseph’s Villa, our programs and initiatives are strategically planned and designed to help us achieve our vision of providing care that meets and exceeds those we have the pleasure of serving. We offer a broad range of programs that include 382 Long-Term Care beds, 8 Respite beds, 41 Convalescent Care beds, 8 Retired Priest Suites and 107 Life Lease Equity Estate Units. Additionally, the services we provide such as the Adult Day Program, Seniors in Motion gym, heated therapeutic pool and Medical Community Outreach Clinics all focus to promote independent living.

As a member of the St. Joseph’s Heath System, St. Joseph’s Villa is an active participant in ensuring that we participate and embrace the changes in our health care system. We work alongside and collaboratively with our sister facilities ensuring we aim to provide seamless transitions with the goal of providing the right care at the right time and at the right place. We are also affiliated with Mohawk College and McMaster University, offering educational opportunities to many healthcare professionals. We believe that it is through these partnerships, we are able to learn and develop new best practices that will allow us to improve on the already exceptional care we provide.

One way we are able to provide such compassionate care at our facility is through the incredible support from our many volunteers. They are truly a lifeline to help further enhance the work we do and on behalf of St. Joseph’s Villa- We thank you for your commitment and dedication!

And finally, we would be remiss if we did not offer our sincere thanks and gratitude to the St. Joseph’s Villa Foundation, the official fundraising organization for our site. Their continued efforts have funded renovations to many areas of the facility, critically important medical equipment, the innovative programs we offer and so much more.

Keeping in light the vision of our founders, the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Diocese of Hamilton, that the poor and marginalized have access to adequate care, we look forward to keeping this tradition alive while providing our community with a quality of care that you can depend on and a vision of the future you can believe in.
