Peter Sullivan is currently Past Board Chair.  He completed his two year term as Chair in April 2009.  He has been on the Villa Board since 2000 holding the position of Finance Chair for much of that time.  He also was Villa Board representative on the Foundation Board and the Foundation Finance Committee.  Peter has been a partner with Lazier Hickey LLP since 1985.

Ray Rocci has been the Controller at Cardi Construction, a family owned business, since 1989.  He joined the Villa Finance Committee in 2001 by the Villa Board in 2003.  He is currently Chair of the Finance Committee and Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees.  He experienced the quality of care and the compassion of the staff at the Villa, while his father was a resident.  Ray believed that by volunteering his time, he could ensure that future residents received the same high standard of care.

 David worked with Johnson Ramsbottom & Castle since 1986 where he was a partner with emphasis on Family and Criminal Law. He recently opened his own practice. David is Chair of the Villa Board. His professional memberships include Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association, Hamilton Law Association and Hamilton Lawyers’ Club. His community involvement has included Consent and Capacity Board, as a Senior Lawyer and adjudicator; Secretary and Governor, Board of Governor’s of Dundas Valley School; and Rotary Club of Dundas member since 1978 - President from 1999-2000.  He's a former presiding member of the Ontario Physician's Audit Review Tribunal and a member of the Society of Adjudicator's for Ontario.
