Construction
  The Present

The current Villa building was constructed in the late 1960's and has admitted over 2,500 residents since it's opening. The facility, although structurally sound, can no longer accommodate the heavy care needs of our residents. Its capacity is further stretched by the space requirements of the equipment and devices that allow seniors to maintain their independence and dignity.
The Future

The new building will have larger resident rooms with wheelchair accessible washrooms in private and semi-private accommodation only. The resident home area will have a living room, dining room, recreation space and prayer room. Each of the 15 resident home areas will house 25 residents.
