ST. JOSEPH’S VILLA in Dundas, has been serving the needs of the elderly for over 100 years. Today St. Joseph’s Villa is one of Ontario’s largest and most innovative Homes for the Aged. St. Joseph’s is not only home for its 378 residents, it is also a vibrant community activity centre for nearly 200 seniors who participate in its Day Program. Also present on our site is St. Joseph’s Estates, a 107 suite life occupancy complex which provides secure quality housing and services for seniors who do not need the full range of long-term health care. At St. Joseph’s Villa the most important people are the residents. Residents’ Council meets monthly to listen to suggestions or to hear concerns of those who live there. Volunteer Board members regularly attend these meetings.
