The residences are
located on the Villa Campus, overlooking a natural ravine. This exquisite
setting is adjacent to local shopping and public transit—the best of both
worlds. Life-Equity projects have successfully provided secure and high quality
independent accommodations in many communities across Ontario.
St. Joseph’s Estates
is a Life-Equity project, which allows equity advantages associated with home
ownership. Occupants are entitled to occupy the unit for life, or for as long
as they are capable of independent living. When the unit becomes available, it
will be sold at the current market value. Occupants, or their estate, will
receive 90% of the unit’s current market value on resale.
