Once you have decided to become a resident, you, or the person you have designated to look after your financial affairs, will meet with finance staff to arrange method of payment for your living arrangements. A monthly statement of account will be sent to you or your financial advisor.
To safeguard your spending money, we request that you open a Trust Account. Funds from the account can be used for in-house services. Please ensure that you replenish your trust account if the balance is low. For Trust Account inquiries, please call (905)627-3541 extension 2280 or 2256.
For your protection, we suggest that you keep a minimal amount of money with you at any time.
