There is a wonderful story about Karen that speaks to her caring and commitment to our residents. A husband and wife were admitted to the Villa last year and they were forced to put their family home up for sale. Karen took the time, before she began her 6:45 a.m. shift in the morning to stop by the couple’s garden, which they dearly cherished, to pick a bouquet of flowers to bring to the wife. The residents on 4th floor all ask for this special person because they know she always remembers the little extra’s that they value. She always has a smile on her face and song in her heart.
